Steel Tarps

Steel Tarps are usually 16' broad for covering loads up to 4' high. They contain brass grommets around the edges, plus 2 rows of webbing and dee rings on each long side 2' up and 4' up from the edge. Steel tarps do not typically have an end flap, but sometimes do depending on the loads hauled. For a typical trailer setup, order 2 Tarps + 1 Box of 21" Tarp Straps.

Mytee provides careful aggregation most truck tarps, mesh tarps, lumber tarps, poly tarps, and as largely as canvass systems, straps, and more.

We Manufacture our tarps for Long Lasting Act right here in the USA! These are not your run of the mill imported cargo tarps that just don't last.

Steel tarps usually have grommets (or D rings) that are used to secure the tarp to the truck. Steel tarps frequently come with two rows of fastenings regarding a foot and a half apart, which is known as a double drop design. These two rows help safe the tarp over the load, and provide extra protection. A steel tarp measuring 14 feet by 16 feet costs about $150, with prices increasing depending on the size of the tarp. Unlike lumber tarps, only one steel tarp is regularly needed to secure a load, eliminating the need for difficult overlaps in the tarps and knots in the cables.
